Bryce moved up this season to the minors in Reese! He is the youngest on his team, and there is only 1 other 1st grader. I'm not too worried about Bryce though because he just seems to have this natural ability with any sport! I hope he learns a lot being the youngest on his team! We met his coach and team on Thursday and the coach says he needs pitchers. If any of you have had Bryce pitch to you, you'd know he's really good. He has never pitched to a kid his age at the home plate though, so I am sure we'll be working on that. He has pitched to his brother though! His coach also mentioned that he only knows of 1 boy on his team so far that is a catcher (Tommy) so we may see if he'd be ok doing that too. Adam is the Assistant coach and I am team mommy! Most of his games are at diamond 2...which is the farther one from the bathrooms and the concession stand and such! The 1st 4 games are coach pitch, then the kids start pitching! Anyways, here is his schedule!
Opening day is Saturday April 25th. He has pictures at 10:20am. I think opening ceremonies is at noon and he plays at 1pm. Diamond 2.
Monday April 27th 5:30pm Diamond 2.....3rd base dugout (he won't be at this game due to his 1st grade musical)
Friday May 1st 5:30pm Diamond 2.....3rd base dugout
Monday May 4th 5:30pm Diamond 1.......1st base dugout
Wednesday May 6th 5:30pm Diamond 2......3rd base dugout
Monday May 11th 5:30pm Diamond 2.......1st base dugout
Monday May 18th 5:30pm Diamond 1......1st base dugout
Thursday May 21st 5:30pm Diamond 1......3rd base dugout
Wednesday May 27th 5:30pm Diamond 1........1st base dugout
Monday June 1st 5:30pm Diamond 2......3rd base dugout (my first day of school)
Wednesday June 3rd 5:30pm Diamond 2.......3rd base dugout
Friday June 5th 7:15pm (under the lights) Diamond 1.......1st base dugout
Play offs are scheduled from Monday June 8th - Sunday June 14th
There it is. Hope some of you are able to make it to some games! Bryce is very excited about the up-coming season......although he's also going to be in soccer at this time too...LOL Hopefully not many games will be on the same days so he don't have to choose!

Tommy is psyched too! I am anxious for spring weather and ball season too! I might just have to steal your hard work on this post and put it on my blog too. Very excited that we will be seeing lots of you this spring.

Dawn ~ feel free to steal this for Tommy's big fan group! I'm just so excited they are on the same team....as is he! Maybe....just maybe since we heard Tommy was the only known catcher on the team so far....Bryce and Tommy may have to work together to get the other team out...as Bryce wants to pitch and is actually pretty decent at it! They can have their own codes.....could you just imagine?!?! LOL
